This policy describes how Invatechs handles personal data on this website.

Who we are

This website is operated by Invatechs Ltd (registered in England and Wales, company number 13176452), registered office: Blue Tower, MediaCityUK, Salford Quays, Salford, England, M50 2ST. Invatechs Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through this site. For any privacy question you can reach us at [email protected].

What information we collect

  • Contact enquiries and call bookings. When you submit a contact or enquiry form on our websites (including mvp.invatechs.com), we collect the name, email, company, phone number, and the message you provide. If you book a call, we also collect the time slot you choose and your timezone. Some forms require a phone number and others make it optional. Where a form asks for one, the form says so.
  • Text messaging (SMS) consent. Some of our forms state that we may contact you by text message. When you submit one of those forms, you consent to receiving text messages about your enquiry. We record your mobile number, the date and time of submission, and the page you submitted it on.
  • Analytics. Where analytics is active (see “Cookies and analytics” below), Google Analytics 4 collects standard usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and referral source.
  • We do not knowingly collect special-category data. We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure ad-campaign conversions. What it receives differs by site; see “Cookies and analytics” below.

How we use your information

We use contact-form details solely to respond to and manage your enquiry. We use analytics data to understand how the site is used and to improve it. Our legal bases are our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and operating the site, your consent for analytics, the Meta Pixel and text messages where the law requires consent (visitors in the UK, EU/EEA and Switzerland), and otherwise our legitimate interest in measuring and improving our marketing.

Text messages (SMS). If you submit a form that states we may text you, we may send text messages to the mobile number you provided. These cover your enquiry: confirming and reminding you of a booked call, following up on your request, and answering your questions. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and reply HELP for help. You can also email [email protected]. After you opt out, we send one message confirming it and no further texts.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 with Google Consent Mode, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure ad-campaign conversions, and Microsoft Clarity (aggregated heatmaps and session insights, which sets cookies). How they run depends on where you are, which we infer from your device’s timezone setting.

Visitors in the UK, the EU/EEA and Switzerland are asked first. On your first visit we show a cookie banner, and the page stays blurred until you choose “Accept” or “Reject”. Until you accept, Google receives only cookieless signals - no cookies and no information that identifies you - which are used for aggregate measurement modelling, and the Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity do not load. If you reject, that stays the case. If you accept, analytics cookies are set and the Meta Pixel and Clarity load.

Visitors everywhere else do not see a banner: analytics, the Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity run by default. You can opt out at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer by choosing “Reject”, and they will not load on your later visits.

On this site the Meta Pixel records page views and, when you submit an enquiry form or book a call, a conversion event marking that action - it does not send Meta your name, email or phone number. Our campaign landing pages at mvp.invatechs.com follow the same rules (banner and blur for the UK, EU/EEA and Switzerland; on by default elsewhere) for Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity; when you submit an enquiry form there, the pixel sends Meta a conversion event together with your name, email and phone number in hashed (one-way encrypted) form, so Meta can match the conversion to an ad view.

Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage (not a cookie), and you can change or withdraw it at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

Who we share your data with

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) - hosting and the contact-form email delivery (AWS Lambda and SES). Contact-form submissions on www.invatechs.com are emailed to [email protected] and are not stored in a database by that site. Enquiries and bookings made on mvp.invatechs.com are stored in our CRM (see below).
  • Google - Google Analytics (see “Cookies and analytics”) and Google Fonts (which receives your IP address to serve fonts).
  • Microsoft - Microsoft Clarity product analytics (heatmaps and session insights) on www.invatechs.com and mvp.invatechs.com.
  • Our CRM and messaging provider (Automeek via LeadConnector/HighLevel) - stores enquiry and booking details and sends text messages on our behalf.
  • Meta Platforms - the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, used to measure ad-campaign conversions on www.invatechs.com and mvp.invatechs.com.
  • SMS consent is not shared. We do not share mobile numbers or text-messaging consent records with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. This does not cover the service providers above who send messages on our behalf.
  • We do not sell your personal data.

Data retention

We keep contact-form correspondence for up to 24 months after our last interaction with you, unless an ongoing business relationship or a legal obligation requires us to keep it longer, after which it is deleted. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics configuration. We keep records of SMS consent and opt-outs for as long as we send you messages, and for up to 4 years afterwards so we can show that consent was given and honour your opt-out.

Your rights

Subject to applicable data-protection law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, contact [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, or with your local data-protection authority.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be reflected here. Last updated: 14 October 2026.
