Who we are

This website is operated by Invatechs Ltd (registered in England and Wales, company number 13176452), registered office: Blue Tower, MediaCityUK, Salford Quays, Salford, England, M50 2ST. Invatechs Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through this site. For any privacy question you can reach us at info@invatechs.com.

What information we collect

  • Contact enquiries. When you submit the contact form we collect the name, work email, company, phone (optional), and the message you provide.
  • Analytics (only with your consent). If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 collects standard usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and referral source.
  • We do not knowingly collect special-category data, and we do not run social-media tracking pixels. With your consent, we use an advertising/conversion pixel (the OpenAI/ChatGPT advertising pixel) to measure ad-campaign conversions — see “Cookies and analytics” below.

How we use your information

We use contact-form details solely to respond to and manage your enquiry. We use analytics data, where you have consented, to understand how the site is used and to improve it. Our legal bases are our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and operating the site, and your consent for analytics.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 with Google Consent Mode. Before you consent, Google receives only cookieless signals — no cookies and no information that identifies you — which are used for aggregate measurement modelling. Analytics cookies and identified tracking are set only after you click “Accept” on our cookie banner. We also use the OpenAI (ChatGPT) advertising pixel to measure conversions from our ad campaigns; this pixel loads only after you accept, and never if you decline or ignore the banner. If you decline or ignore the banner, no analytics cookies are set, the advertising pixel does not load, and no identifying data is collected. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage (not a cookie), and you can change or withdraw it at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

Who we share your data with

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) — hosting and the contact-form email delivery (AWS Lambda and SES). Contact-form submissions are emailed to info@invatechs.com and are not stored in a database by this site.
  • Google — Google Analytics (only with consent) and Google Fonts (which receives your IP address to serve fonts).
  • OpenAI — the OpenAI (ChatGPT) advertising pixel, used only with your consent to measure ad-campaign conversions.
  • We do not sell your personal data.

Data retention

We keep contact-form correspondence for up to 24 months after our last interaction with you, unless an ongoing business relationship or a legal obligation requires us to keep it longer, after which it is deleted. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics configuration.

Your rights

Subject to applicable data-protection law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, contact info@invatechs.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, or with your local data-protection authority.
