The development process for Instagym was broken down into several phases:

1. Research & Discovery

We conducted in-depth research to understand the specific needs of gym owners and fitness professionals. The research also focused on understanding the digital transformation of the fitness industry, particularly the rise in online fitness training and virtual sessions.

2. Platform Design & Development
